This book was recommended to me by an occupational therapist. I was doubtful about reading it, as I have generally found self-help books a bit of a challenge to read. However, once I began reading, I was hooked. Dr. Dweck talks about two different mindsets, fixed and open. The book made me think about how set in my views I am. I personally find it to be a help, and appreciate the time and effort she took to research this subject. Mindset keeps the interest in the subject, and yet still reads like a research book. Do you think mindset makes a difference?

Mindset The New Psychology of Success by Carol S. Dweck, PhD
